Why its not a good idea to walk in front of engines

What happened:
I heard his body got jammed on the "nose" of the turbine just inside the scoop, which saved him from being flash-pureed. What you see shredding out the nozzle in flames are his clothes, sucked right off his body.

If I had been one of the guys who witnessed it firsthand I'm certain I would have shit my pants.
 
Reminds me of the first episode of Lost and Firefly when Mal kicked the bad guy into the engine, since I can only identify with things if I've seen them on tv.
