Barth Brothers kicking camp set for July 11 at Hoggard High School​

The Barth Brothers’ free kicking camp is set for Thursday, July 11, at Hoggard High School’s Scott Braswell Stadium. The event will run from 5:30 to 8 p.m. and feature free t-shirts, demonstrations by the brothers and other pro high school and college kickers, warm-up instructions, kicking competitions for each age group, speeches, and a Q&A. All ages are welcome and campers are asked to bring a football and a kicking tee if they have one. No pre-registration is required. The annual Barth Brothers Kicking Camp is returning to Hoggard Stadium after missing the past two years due to COVID. Connor Barth and Casey Barth are hosting the free event. The Barth brothers played football at Hoggard and UNC, and Connor Barth had a ten year career in the NFL.

Connor Barth​

Barth learned to kick under the tutelage of Brian Cardone in Wilmington, North Carolina. Barth was named to the first-team high school All'American by USA Today during his prep career at John T. Hoggard High School in Wilmington. He played in the U.S. Army All-American Bowl, where he was named the top kicker in the combine.

Connor Thomas Barth (born April 11, 1986) is a former American football placekicker who played ten seasons in the National Football Leagur (NFL). He played college football at North Carolina and was signed by the Kansas City Chiefs as an undrafted free agent in 2008. Barth has been a member of the Miami Dolphins, Denver Broncos, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, New Orleans saints and the Chicago Bears.

ConnorBarth previously held the UNC record for most made field goals (54). His brother, Casey Barth, now holds the current record (55)
