wish I could play in teh arcade

What happened?
 
I got locked in day care and can't use the shoutbox, arcade, or post in any other forums
 
Why are you in daycare?
 
They won't tell me. They keep pretending I'm not, I think to "troll" me.

I assume it depends on the whim of the moderators. I'm sure you could get banished down here if you tried. Try spamming gross pictures or porn in the top forums and you'll get shut down here for sure.
