Sorry Large Richard, while those are all elements, if that's all you do you will end up one of those "nice guys" who girls love and never sleep with.
You need to make it clear that you are self-contained, that you don't "need" them (this is why women date jerks and assholes), but that you enjoy their company and will stay IF they pull their own weight in the relationship. If not, then you can find someone who can.
(this is why men who cannot financially support themselves suck with women, they can't even pull a convincing bluff in this aspect)
If you are financially supporting a woman, then she should be contributing to your well-being in some concrete way. This can be house-work, child care, sexual plaything or other need that work does NOT fulfill for you. If she starts slacking, then remind her of her responsibilities. If she continues to slack, be clear on the consequences. This need fulfillment for you need not take her every waking moment, she can do her own things too, but there MUST be balance.
Make it clear why you like her. If that includes a trim figure and nice ass, then further make it clear that you expect her to maintain that. She has a decision to make: you simply present the consequences, good and bad, for her actions. This is a form of respect.
