when i was a youngster, working at the best buy in or about 1995, the whole home office staff were a twitter about win95. we received a good number of products that had the "Windows95 Compatible" sticker on them.

the best product with that sticker had to have been the surge protectors. and when i got a customer asking me which one to buy, i had to choke back a laugh while i said, "well, they're both good, but this one is windows 95 compatible." he bought it.
