X-Men (the first one): Killing your enemies

Do you guys think that Toad and Sabertooth were killed by the X-Men?

Was Toad killed by Storm?

Did Logan trick Scott into killing Sabretooth?
There was no on screen evidence of Sabretooth's healing factor. But come on he's freakin' Sabretooth. At least he's supposed to be. He served with Wolverine before he got his claws. Logan hated him for decades because he remembers Sabretooth killing his woman Silver Fox. In the Ultimate X-men comics Wolverine kept slicing Sabertooth be he kept healing so Wolverine kneed him in the balls. "Grow those back."

Maybe Sabretooth doesn't have a healing factor in the movie. Just like they didn't mention that Juggernaut is Charles Xavier's half brother.

I thought that the X-Men don't kill there enemies.
But then again I guess its pretty common in the movies.
Dozens of mutants were killed in the assault at the end of "Last Stand"

(By the way I don't think that the comic books related to the movie are cannon.)
