At the 4 way stop and on my right is the 40 something guy in his Lexus, (mouth is moving so he must have a bluetooth), no one is on my left. We sit and stare at each other a few moments, I gesture for him to go. He gestures for me to go. I shake my head and gesture for HIM to go, etc. Finally I realize this could go on for hours so I start to move and so does he.... and the hand waving and head shaking starts again.

Where do you guys get your drivers licenses? Czech Republic?
