He takes a bunch of associates out for drinks at the bar that's literally IN the same parking lot as your condo complex and he doesn't invite you.

I wonder if I'm ever going to get evaluated so I can figure out where I'm screwing up. Other associates assure me that if I was doing a lousy job they'd know so I must be doing something right. Me, I'm not so sure.
