I'm in england too, they are hard to find, but occasionally crop up in iceland or morrisons.

I'm supressed most of my childhood memories but I seem to remember lollies (or "popsicles" if you're an ignornant American) with ice cream on the outside and frozen juice in the middle? With CHOCLATE SPRINKLES?
