Watched this tonight, it wasn't great.
The FX were really jarring, not bad per sey, but unessisary in so many places, things that could have been shot for real done on computer instead, planes, people, so many scenes shot on green screen, and worse of all for a modern film, scenes shot day for night.

Turns out it was directed by Ang Lee, so that might explain it.

It was one of those that seemed intriguing because of the gimmick of two Will Smiths, but I never heard anything good about it.

Some day for night scenes can work out very well. The ones in 1917 were so well done I didn’t notice them, but of course it also had the best lighting designer behind it.
