I was skeptical too, but they do seem to be real. Although my guess is that they were done as actual advertisements and were not shown within the movie being aired itself, but I don't know for sure. Here is another one.

Okay, so when it returns to the movie Luke would be inside the tauntaun and still in peril, but that insert has him revived by beer so that would be confusing to Chilean viewers!
