I miss my GTO (victim of a recent lay-off and the financial consequences of my recent life-changes).

I bought a 1966 GTO last year with some of the money I made shorting bank stocks.

I'm finally ready to put mines in the body shop, only problem is that I'm getting second thoughts about the guys I had lined up. (Don't know if I can trust them or not).

I want to send it to Maaco, but I don't know anything about the quality of their work!

I FINALLY got the money to put mines in the body shop ay Maaco. I did'nt go for an off-frame restoration because..

1) I can't afford it,

and

2) I plan to drive it, and I know its gonna get scratched and knicked due to normal wear and tear just like any other street vehicle

Macco only charged me $1680 for everything (paint and body) and said they should be finished in about three weeks.

I've got my fingers crossed!
