Messed up settings page

I keep trying to change some of my settings but the general settings in my UCP seems very, very broken.

Lots of SQL errors at the top of the page and all the lines in the area are smushed together.

When I do manage to make a change and hit save I get this error:

A required field called Country Flag is missing or has an invalid value.

Anybody get to this yet? I can't get my general settings to take and now some of them are undone and I can't change and set them. If I manage to get the buttons selected and hit save, it says that Country Flag is required or has an invalid value and won't save my changes.
