That's not delving too deeply into the uncanny valley. I don't know if that means it's especially good or especially bad, but I didn't recoil in horror or laughter. A long way off from being anywhere as fluid or versatile as a human dancer, but I've seen worse.

Your connection is too slow. Try pressing play, then immediately pressing pause and waiting til around half the video has loaded (or the entire video has loaded, if you don't mind waiting longer) before pressing play again.
