No idea, but it redirects right now. That sucks, is there another site that gives you "weekly packs" like that?? I have like 4 months of back stuff to read at least.

I still use isohunt. I type in "dcp minutemen 2010" and get the most recent results. I don't download entire packs, but these have current issues scanned as well as a bunch of newly scanned older issues. I pick & choose only the ones I want to download.
