The stars of Ring of Honor and New Japan Pro-Wrestling will compete in an Honor Rumble over-the-top rope battle royal as part of the G1 Supercard pre-show on Saturday, April 6 at sold-out Madison Square Garden. There have been seven Honor Rumble matches (a battle royal in which the competitors enter the match at time intervals), a staple of ROH since 2008. With the NJPW stars in the mix, this will undoubtedly be the biggest, most star-studded Honor Rumble yet.
Brody King is about to embark on the biggest weekend of his career, and he’s not about to let a “little thing” like a broken hand slow him down. The Villain Enterprises powerhouse suffered the injury last week during a match in Australia, and he’ll be wearing a protective cast for his two titles matches in Las Vegas.
He and PCO will challenge ROH World Tag Team Champions Jay and Mark Briscoe in a no disqualification match against all three members of Villain Enterprises -- King, PCO and “The Villain” Marty Scurll -- will challenge ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Champions The Kingdom (Matt Taven, TK O’Ryan and Vinny Marseglia).
