Sounds like a good idea.

Dubai woman sues ex-husband for $12 mil for withholding sex

Comedy has told us for years that it’s women who withhold sex in addition to their other moral crimes of shopping too much and nagging regularly. But one Dubai woman is turning all of our stereotypical conceptions on their ear, suing her husband for $12 million for withholding sex.

The lawsuit in Dubai seeks 45 million dirhams (the aforementioned $12 million figure) for the woman’s physical anguish.
According to documents filed, the couple was married in 2008 and the husband did not provide the wife with sex for the first four months of their marriage.
She later found out he also suffered from erectile dysfunction.
The woman told the court that she didn’t say anything due to “conservative Arab values” and “remained silent and tried to adapt [by] praying to God that things would improve.”

They didn’t. And now, with her needs unmet by her now-ex-husband, who has been married 12 times, she’s seeking financial restitutions.
The woman also claims she was forced out of her job and had all of her jewelry taken from her by this charming former beau.

Normally I’d be inclined to say this is a frivolous lawsuit, but the lady has a point. Not only was she not able to get a little bit of that undoubtedly fine tail she was owed, she also really couldn’t pursue an affair or anything since that’d get her stoned or some other hideous Middle Eastern fate. And not only was this dude not getting her off, he also made he quit her job AND took her jewelry for no particular reason? You’ve got to leave a gal with something, buddy.
On the plus side, at least there were 11 other women who thought this guy was a real catch. “You mean I get to be controlled AND get a ramen noodle penis? This is like the ‘Price Is Right’ showcase!”

Voulez vous coucher avec moi ce soir? The wrong answer to that question has cost one Frenchman €10,000 ($17,000.)

The 51-year-old man has been successfully sued by his ex-wife, who claimed he did not have sex with her enough during 21 years of marriage.
The couple, who raised two children in the French Riviera, were granted divorce in Nice, southern France, two years ago, with the wife blaming her husband's low libido for the split.
The divorce court ruled the husband, known only as Jean-Louis B, was "solely responsible" for the break up.
London's Telegraph reported the 47-year-old women recently took the matter back to court to seek 10,000 euros in damages for the inactive sex life.

The woman was successful under France's civil code, which states that a married couple must share a communal life.
In a rare legal decision, the judge in the south of France's highest court in Aix-en-Provence said it meant that "sexual relations must form part of a marriage".
The man had tried to claim health problems, tiredness and the stress of his work had stopped him from wanting to have sex during the marriage, The Daily Mail reported.
But the judge said: "A sexual relationship between husband and wife is the expression of affection they have for each other, and in this case it was absent.
"By getting married, couples agree to sharing their life and this clearly implies they will have sex with each other."

*Ziona Chana lives with all of them in a 100-room mansion

*His wives take it in turns to share his bed

*It takes 30 whole chickens just to make dinner

*He is head of the world's biggest family - and says he is 'blessed' to have his 39 wives.

*Ziona Chana also has 94 children, 14-daughters-in-law and 33 grandchildren.

They live in a 100-room, four storey house set amidst the hills of Baktwang village in the Indian state of Mizoram, where the wives sleep in giant communal dormitories.

Mr Chana told the Sun: 'Today I feel like God's special child. He's given me so many people to look after.

'I consider myself a lucky man to be the husband of 39 women and head of the world's largest family.'

The family is organised with almost military discipline, with the oldest wife Zathiangi organising her fellow partners to perform household chores such as cleaning, washing and preparing meals.

One evening meal can see them pluck 30 chickens, peel 132lb of potatoes and boil up to 220lb of rice.

Coincidentally, Mr Chana is also head of a sect that allows members to take as many wives as he wants.

He even married ten women in one year, when he was at his most prolific, and enjoys his own double bed while his wives have to make do with communal dormitories.

He keeps the youngest women near to his bedroom with the older members of the family sleeping further away - and there is a rotation system for who visits Mr Chana's bedroom.

Rinkmini, one of Mr Chana's wives who is 35 years old, said: 'We stay around him as he is the most important person in the house. He is the most handsome person in the village.

She says Mr Chana noticed her on a morning walk in the village 18 years ago and wrote her a letter asking for her hand in marriage.

Another of his wives, Huntharnghanki, said the entire family gets along well. The family system is reportedly based on 'mutual love and respect'

And Mr Chana, whose religious sect has 4,00 members, says he has not stopped looking for new wives.

'To expand my sect, I am willing to go even to the U.S. to marry,' he said.

One of his sons insisted that Mr Chana, whose grandfather also had many wives, marries the poor women from the village so he can look after them.
