The Dual Liberation Army has suffered from a wicked propaganda campaign carried out by counter-revolutionaries.

This is the reason for our creation of this embassy here, among the good people of the Mine Field. High Command feels that the DLA should have a friendly face representative to other forums here at our sacred Troll Kingdom.

I am that friendly face.

Everyone is here is free to speak. And everyone here has duals. Shouldn't the duals be allowed to speak and have protection against bullies?
