Oh, this is all from Jon Ronson's book and documentary. Remember it was on C4 a few years back?

NO! Is it a true story?

The basic story is. During the war the US government tested people to see if they could kill or incapacitate goats just by staring at them. They tried lots of other things too, but unlike in the movie trailer, none of them worked. And the documentary wasn't an incredible adventure with a guy who could make clouds disperse, it was just an ordinary quirky British programme similar to a Louis Theroux doc.
