Coffee, brewed with a good layer of cinnamon in the grounds. Cinna is an anti-oxidant and coffee also. Sometimes I add Hershey's powdered, unsweetened cocoa - another anti-oxidant.
Breakfast was bacon, and a couple fried eggs that used the bacon grease. Salted while raw, and doused with curry.
