yes - C2 will vouch for me when i say:

everything over 30 is balmy
20 to 30 is doable, doesn't faze
10 to 20 you start to get pissed, it takes about 20 min for your fingers to hurt
0 to 10 you are in fact pissed. 10 min for fingers to hurt
-10 to 0 you make your best effort to get inside, all the time. your fingers and toes notice the cold immediately, and your boogers freeze in your nostrils.
-20 to -10 without proper gear, you will literally yell at yourself for how stupid you are. even with proper gear, your ears, fingers, toes, and nose will start to hurt. your breath will condense on your windshield and promptly freeze, making driving awesome. your nose also automatically runs down into your facial hair (C2 will vouch for me, ooh snap!) making snotcicles.
-30 to -20 sucks. it sucks. not much else you can say
