I've done something terrible...

Dual

RIP Karl 1991-2014
Ralph's was selling lobsters at 10.99/lb... I just put him in the pot of boiling water. I've never killed anything before; I feel so awful.

:(

I was sure to be out of the room at that point.
He did taste pretty good, but I'm never doing this again. Well, now he'll live on forever as a part of me.

It's the way Pinchy would have wanted it.

They don't scream. Thats steam being forced through small slits in the shell.

Welcome to the gritty reality of being a carnivore. That meat you are eating used to be a living creature.

You should try stuffing a turkey or a chicken sometime. I just taught my friend how. He said he doesn't ever want to stick his hand inside another dead animal again.

Although, you haven't lived until you've shot a grouse/quail/pheasant, boiled it, cleaned it, and slow roasted it to perfection. That'll make you feel like a man.

You stick your hand inside a dead animal every day. You call it 'momma'.

I actually cleaned out my turkey on this last Thanksgiving. Definitely not a fun experience.

That said, I'll probably do it again next year. The turkey fryer's just too much fun.

I have stuck my hand in a turkey. Grossest part is pulling out the giblets.
