So, what happened to WF?

Just put blank forums up and let us do the rest...We repopulate the red room first page in a matter of hours anyway.

BTW, I just wanted to say....Troll Kingdom has been a very friendly, gracious, and accommodating host during WF's absence (however much longer that may be).

It's nice to have a cool place to chill, and is very much appreciated. Thank you, TK.

Well yeah, it's a message board....but geez, what's wrong with showing a little gratitude? It's sincere and I don't think there's anything wrong with showing appreciation if something pleases you. :shrug:

Not true.

I had no idea what was going on when I tried to go to WF and it was gone.

We knew there was an issue, but so did anyone who noticed WF was slower than a 160 year old hooker on tranquilizers.

The last update I had heard was that we might have to ask for a server rebuild or look into new hosting. Clearly, the decision to do it and implementing it happened very quickly after that. From what I can tell, it was supposed to happen fairly quickly in a slow time and the current issues were unforseen.

Though, I don't see why we shouldn't just start over if it's such a problem restoring it. I would rather just get back to posting than waiting a zillion years to restore the past.
 
Finally, I can post! Woot!

2 days of just reading other peoples' posts without even the ability to comment made me feel more impotent than Volpone in a room full of supermodels.
