Elder Scrolls II: Daggerfall.

Blindgroping

U mad 'bro?
Ok, I got a copy of Daggerfall and it has an installer program.
BUT it asks for a CD path.
What? There is no cd.

The only file I can think of is the Daggerfall.ISO file.
What do I need to do to get this to run?

Download Daemon Tools (Google should bring it up) and load the ISO. DT will give you a ghost file path [g/ drive or something] that you can use to emulate ISOs as if they were real CDs.

I already have that.

Then, do i mount the iso file onto the virtual drive, then run the installer program?

What type of game is this:phpquestion:

Sounds cool:cool:

really big intricate RPG

Presently, it's up to Elder scrolls IV: Oblivion.

I just wanted to go back and play earlier ones.

That game is awesome-fun. My friends and I in high school used to take turns playing that all the time.

Zelda....

It gives me HIVES!!!

I meant Daggerfall.

Ok. I still haven't been able to get it to play.

Mounting an iso file on a virtual drive isn't happening for me.

Just burn the thing to a disk already and be done with it. I use Magic ISO (free) and IsoBuster (you either have to pay for it, or download a cracked one) to deal with ISO images.

I did the Magic ISO thing. Mounted the image, ran the installer, it ran, and I started the game and it errored out, unplayable.

ffFFFFFUUUUUCCKKK!

I'll burn it and try again.
