As for not touching the sushi - I'd be much more worried of the cute little mousie touching the wasabi. But I think that whoever arranged that picture really cares for his pets as there is not the slightest trace of wasabi to be seen on that plate. A nice selection, including the furry ingredient, though I'd have opted for juicy Mackerel instead of the fat eel.
