To answer the original question, I find them skanky myself. I don't have any and never will. 99% of them look tacky. Plus I don't much like the idea of having permanent markings on my skin that I can't remove. I have a small mark in the palm of my hand from when I accidentally jabbed myself with a pencil in 1st grade. It's always irritated me that I couldn't get rid of that.
 
There's certain areas I don't like a tattoo on a woman.

Breasts, upper arms, stuff like that.

Otherwise, I have tats so why would I judge soemone else for having them?

well, not while I've been here. at least I don't think so. I've only been here for a little over a month or something like that. maybe 2 months?? not sure, but not very long.
