I've been waiting for this one in a big way since about 20 seconds after beating Mass Effect 1.

It's finally here and is going to eat up time I should really spend working. Woe is me.
 
I'd get it when I have the money to buy it FUCKING THING but Mass Effect 1 was good and this will be better (and you can pick up Tali again and she's just lovely).

I've been drooling over the trailers for a couple weeks. I WANT.
 
If you haven't played it already, Cassie, you ought to do a playtrough of Mass Effect one.

I mean you can probably pick it up pretty cheaply now, and it means you'll get all the set-up on the story/characters/locations and you'll be able to transfer your character into Mass Effect 2 when you're done.
 
I'm so pissed about that. I've beaten ME1 twice and ended up uninstalling the game and deleting my final saves thinking there was no longer a need for them. :(

I too am preparing to lose my soul to this game. The question for me is, do I want to be the creepy 31-year-old loser at the midnight opening? THAT'S THE REAL QUESTION.

Buy it from Steam - you get to play it at midnight sharp through the wonders of pre-loading, and nobody needs to know.

I've no idea how I'm going to find time to play all these games. I got the first one last week, and I'm currently going through Arkham Asylum. I play games to death, and games ust last longer and longer - I can't find the time for them all!

Game, a magazine I have a great deal of respect for, gave it 10/10, and they're pretty tight with their marking.
