Chicken fried rice for me. And it has to be packed with eggs, and big fresh green peas. There's one delivery place that gets it just right, thank goodness.

Easy on the chopped onions, please.

My favorite local Chinese place doesn't put eggs in their fried rice for some reason.. still they make all the food fresh when you order it, so it's pretty good stuff for being out in the sticks!
