Dr Dave's Doctorate is in Eggplant Psychology.

Dr Dave's last name is Norris. His real first name was Chuck, but Mr Norris made him change it.

Despite the fact that Dr. Dave isn't British, he consistently refers to his female parental unit as, "Muvva." It's unclear whether this is an east end pronunciation of "mother" or if this is his mother's actual first name, making her legal name "Muvva Dave."
 
Addendum: It should be noted that "Dave" is his last name, not his first name. "Dr." is his first name; he is not actually a Doctor of any kind. His parents, Dilligaf Dave and Muvva Dave (nee Nukkah) chose a name they felt would give him an advantage over his peers in social and career matters.
