Well NO, I didn't have a flashback BUT... My brother has a worm bed that I helped him fill with cow poo and there are shrooms growing in it. I almost ATE one, then I realized I am probably too old for that shit and what was I thinking? How could I possibly explain uncontrollable hysterical laughter?

They're probably cubes. I'm pretty sure liberty caps are just a European thing.
 
I have no idea what they are called. I just know that I will never forget how to recognize them, and taking a bite out of one was just a thoughtless reaction to OMG FUN. I have made kool aid out of 80 of them before, so yeah.. one little bite didn't do a thing.

Nah, P. semilanceata can be found in the North West of the US, too, but they usually fruit later in the year, so I agree that Cassie's most probably were cubes.

Yeah, that sounds boring. You need to listen to a lot of music then go sit under a tree. Either that or try it at an all day concert event...
 
The last time I did shrooms was a good few years ago now. I sat on the top deck of a double decker bus clutching my day saver pass and travelled the Number 26 Bus route in Brighton for 8 hours with my head pressed up against the glass.

Shit was so cash.
