They seem to think so, and they're refusing to close the account.

Creating an account with the name of a well known off-board entity should be against the rules.

LOL. Guess I'm a fucking idiot. In all fairness, I've not tried to see who it is. I just see the name/av and roll my eyes. Skin was Skin. This person ain't.
