I'M FAT DEAL WITH IT

I'm fat and fuck you. I brewed a human being inside my body and he's seriously THE CUTEST baby in the entire world so I earned the weight bitches!!
 
There's fat, and then there's attaining enough mass to be considered a celestial body. There's fat, and then there's being so fat you spill over into another dimension. Everything's relative.
 
Losing weight is HARD. Overweight people, for the most part, enjoy eating. It's a stress reliever, and some foods just trigger those pleasure hormones.

It's a drug for some (me included), and takes a herculean effort to stay on track, and eat healthy. Some days I say "fuck it" and have my roast beef and cheese on ciabatta bread.

I've been hovering around a certain weight for a couple of months now. On the BMI scale, I am 3 lbs away from being labelled just "overweight", down from "morbidly obese". But it takes tremendous willpower to overcome a lifetime of being conditioned to think food=comfort.

And, if you're not sublimating your feelings in food, you're forced to actually deal with them. That opens a whole new can of worms...

Hambil, you're overweight. So what? A lot of us are. I hope for your own health you make a lifestyle change. But if you don't, that's okay, too. Love who you are, no matter what size you are. :)
 
OMG! More pictures of the cutest baby EVER are coming and if you can believe it, he's CUTER!!! I was just looking at him whilst feeding him at 1:00AM and MAN! He's ridiculously cute, like so cute it's not fair to other people's babies...I mean I feel bad for other people because their babies will never be that cute. I might have to have another baby because DAMN! BDM and I make super cute babies, cutest ever in the history of the world!!
 
I've been stress eating like a motherfucker the past 6 months, which has turned me from "a little chubby" to "fat tub o' lard". My problem is I eat a decent breakfast in the car at 6 am, don't eat lunch until noon, and then it's 7 before I'm home for dinner. Which means I stop on the way home and get a diet pepsi...and a bag of chips, maybe a taquito, and some cookies or donuts. Then, I'm so stressed from work and the commute, I have a full dinner (usually healthy) and a snack before bed. Yeesh. I'm 39 this year, time to get back into the shape I was when LG first met me.
 
Yeah. I never used to drink diet soda, and I never had a sweet tooth. I started drinking diet pepsi like 10 years ago, and now I crave sweets more than salty snax. I've read all the studies that suggest that diet soda drinkers actually gain more weight than those that drink regular soda in moderation. The theory being, your body gets the taste of sugar, and expects the calories, and when it doesn't get them, makes you crave more and more. I'm addicted, I need to cut out the diet sodas but it's hard!
 
diet soda only leads to bad things.

yeah....less sugar and caffeine to keep you awake all night is a bad thing....NOT!

My mom is diabetic so it was easier growing up to just buy diet soda instead of both diet and regular. Because of this I now find most regular sodas way too sweet to drink.

I suspect that is true about diet soda drinkers gain more weight.

I think of the classic story of the person who goes to McDonad's and orders a large size meal and a diet soda and somehow think its healthier.

I don't know why people drink the stuff, I don't trust the sweetener they have in them and to me they taste terrible, that's just me though.
