I'll be watching the original Police Squad miniseries in his honour. It's better than the movies. Then I'll watch him in Creepshow - that is no masterpiece, but he plays the part of a villainous turd who gets his comeuppance in the hands of a zombified Ted Danson at the end.

He could play straight very well before the comey parts started comeing thick & fast in the twighlight of his career.
