Right now it's a free smf forum, which I know you've written a shitload of mods for, and are VERY familiar with how the software works. I am not, and tend to fuck shit up (like I already have two arcade buttons on the menu) I want to get the mods that are awesome for the board, fix the banner and the header, make it sleek and pretty etc etc, and you da man on that.

I'd simply love for you to be my tech admin.

The radio aspect is podcasting via audacity right now. Just uploading the mp3, and aeva creates a radio button. But I own a Radio Destiny/Pirate Radio license, and am looking for a cheap way to get a dedicated IP so I can go live.
