.. and there isnt a cloud in the sky. While you all are out "Vacationing" right now, I am sitting here at work thinking of you. (where I will most likely be all summer)

While you are all out sitting poolside, drinking tequila's and basking in the sun, please take a moment to think about poor old me just sitting here behind this terminal trying to remember what a "Summer Vacation" even is!

Mind you, some of us still have to work for a living..year round....dammit :mmph:

I do bask in the sun actually, but i prefer a beer and some garlic prawns.

Americans are weird the way they don't take holidays. What is the point of working, if not to take better holidays?

Hey - I'm all about the vacations!

I used to work just to pay the bills but now that I'm older, it is all about working towards retirement and some fun in between now and then.

Prawns!

I will also be working in front of my massive computer setup all summer, while looking out the window at the beautiful weather. Except on really hot days, when I'll be suffering from the heat and keeping the curtains closed to try and cool the room down.

(Don't ask about air conditioning, it's a touchy subject with me at the moment)

What is this thing called work you speak of? I've been on unemployment vacation for about a year and a half now.
