So far this sounds more like a commune for misanthropes than one for sociopaths.

Sociopaths would be all up in each other's faces, pretending to be your best friend while slowly manipulating you to bend to their will. People would be talking each other out of the nicer rooms and luxuries, and subtly convincing others to do bad things to people they hate.

Kind of like the US Congress.
