TRUE STORY
So yesterday I made a gallon of sweet tea, as I do everyday. After it cooled down some I put it in the fridge. TODAY I poured a glass of tea and it had turned into a think jelly-like substance and around the sides of the pitcher it was like sorta like jello. The tea didn't smell bad, or even taste bad (I poured it out, anyway.. YUCK). I want to know why it did this. WHY?
