Agatha All Along

I'm absolutely giddy over how GAY this show is, and how it gets GAYER every episode lol.

Patti LuPone deserves an Emmy for this episode. She SERVED. The one thing I'm confused about is why she assumed she would need to sacrifice herself to save the others and complete the trial. All she needed was a better grip on the table, and she could have caught up with the others after re-flipping the tower. Maybe she just wanted to end things this way, since she doesn't exist in linear time... is she not dead after all? We shall see.

"You look pleased with your look!" "Well if the cheekbones fit..." LOL Joe Locke must have relished saying that line...

The episode starts with her falling to her death then she jumps back to the present, so she already knew she was destined to die and I guess if she tried to change that it would fuck everything up. And she was becoming so unstuck in time that she accepted this was her death.

Episodes usually drop at 9PM ET in the US (or in 20 minutes from now). I don't know if they drop globally at the same time or not.

The clock change on Sunday might mean it drops an hour later for you this week...

It was a good ending, though episode 8 felt more like a finale than episode 9. Apparently there was going to be a Halloween special originally but then they pushed the release back to SPOOKY SEASON and they just edited the special into the rest of the show, so I'm guessing the flashbacks were all going to be in that.

I'm glad they didn't really redeem Agatha. She might have been killing witches at first to keep Death from taking her son, but she kept doing it after he died and that's pretty evil! Hopefully they tone down the ghost effect the next time we see her (just say she's gotten better at manifesting a physical body or something.)

The Road all being made by Billy works pretty well since they showed his bedroom before and it was full of that stuff (and the closing credits are all stuff from his room too.) And maybe it's real now that he's created it.

Jen is a character from the comics so I wasn't surprised she survived (the three who died aren't from the comics.) But we'll possibly never see her again thanks to the crazy release schedule Marvel has now!

My guess is, Jen will use witchery to get out of all the legal problems with her business, and leave the Westview area to start anew.

(I don't know what she does in the comics)

I still can't believe that in all those centuries, not one witch was suspicious that only Agatha could help open the door to the "Witches Road".

What would Agatha do if a couple of witches didn't try to kill her?

I don't think it entirely stuck the landing, also fuck any kid who thinks drowning your mate is a bit of fun, suck their souls Agatha, they are arseholes.

Also, it was Billy all along.

Well I imagine the witches who she recruited or who sought her out were also covenless, and maybe weren't missed right away when they disappeared?
