Well the Nobel Prizes' credibility is shot.

My friend and I were at lunch the other day and we were discussing southern California's 80 degree Christmases. She went on to blame global warming, I scoffed.Then in her holier than thou way she tried to convince me that global warming is real and a huge global concern. Again, I scoffed. She then stated, "It's of great concern." To which I replied, "Not in our lifetime." She then went on to say that of course we'd never see another ice age, blah, blah, blah. But faced with facts about polar ice caps melting for thousands of years and that they are not melting at an alarming rate based on the few years of data we actually have the liberal brainwashed college bot shut down.

Al Gore is an alarmist moron that needs to pay more attention to his drug addicted son and less attention to imaginary global concerns.

Wherever he goes he spreads joy, helps the helpless, rescues those in danger, gives alms to the poor, and warns us of the error of our ways. He is a great man. Yes, and no.

Al & Pal received the Nobel Peace Prize

because, don't you know, the Kyoto Protocol is one of those really excellent, wonderfully fabulous and marvelously brilliant ideas to keep underdeveloped nations undeveloped by paying them for their pollution credits so they can live a little better in a little less squalor. Meanwhile, Al's electric bill for one month is more than the average family's electric bill for a whole year - but, now that he has been called on it, he is putting solar panels in both of his houses and buying green energy. Still, the Gores need so much more electricity because they require more security than the average family and all that security is high energy use. I think we should follow Al's example - suggest paying undeveloped countries to stay undeveloped - not actually doing it but screaming about how to not do it is so very wrong - so we can continue to pollute as much as we want without guilt because, don't you know, we tried. However, I also agree in putting solar panels on our own houses and buy green energy. I, myself, plan to sell my stocks in TXU and put the money in photoelectric cells producing companies. Please, put solar panels on your houses so I can retire earlier. Thank you very much.
