Basically, she looks like a slapper out on the piss in the Big Market in Newcastle. All that is missing is the purple blotch cream on her legs. Whisky is probably the only one who understands this reference.

How any of you find her attractive is beyond me

OR she's going to a theme party, which is why her friends are dressed similarly (notice the boots). Americans love their theme parties. Especially 80's parties.
