America and its Problem with Bare Breasted Women

Aparently Portland Oregon has no Laws (or problems) with bare boobies, and because of this, more than a handful of women decided to take advantage of this over the weekend

Maybe the rest of the Country should take notice and join in bandwagon!

Wrong Portland, starguard. That was Portland Maine in the CNN vid.

However, Portland, Oregon does have a more liberal view than the rest of the country, especially since going topless is protected under the state's constitution as Freedom of Speech. Hell, there's even an annual Naked Bike Ride.

Hey, I'm sure I'm not the only American man who would say it's perfectly okay for height-weight proportionate women between the ages of 18 and 36 to walk around firmly bare-breasted. On the other hand, your grandma can keep her kneecappers holstered, and Shamu-niqua has better uses for a wheelbarrow.
