An American Werewolf in London...

The Dork Lord

Whipping Boy
I loved both movies for diffeent reasons.

And I'm very hard to please when it comes to werewolf movies...

^It holds up.

What's surprising is how funny it is even in the midst of all the terror and gore. It's up there with early Raimi and other zombie flicks. It's also very moving, at times.

OMG ITS GOT SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE

Volpone

Zombie Hunter
Yes, I remember it as a classic. Possibly the first werewolf movie where the man actually turned into a wolf*. And done long before CGI.

*I'm not counting its contemporary "Cat People", where the very hot Nastasia Kinsky turned into a cat (every time she had sex) and ripped Ed Begley Jr.'s arm off.

Unluckiest Charm in the Box
That was truly an all time classis. What made it so great was that it was made without any cheezy computerized special effects. :)
