For me, she stands for strong, intelligent, independent, adult and ambitious women who embrace their femininity and care for others. (Doesn't matter if she really is like that IRL. It's enough that I think she is).

That, plus her appealing body shape (although I agree to the looking better when having had a bit more weight), is a major turn-on for me
