I get mine from all over the place. There's several sites I keep an eye on.

AnimeSuki - This is one that I watch to find random episodes that crop up from time to time.
Baka-Updates - Another one for random episodes. This is the main one that I find episodes such as Fate/Stay Night on.
Shinsen-Subs - This is where I find episodes of Witchblade, To Heart 2, and another one I can't remember.
Arienai Fansubs - I check this one for episodes of Starship Girl Yamamoto Yohko
Anime-Source - Another random site. You never know what one might miss.
KazeNoKoe - I get Soul Link, and Kasimasi ~ Girl Meets Girl from this site.
Wannabe Fansubs - And of course, the best site for School Rumble subs on the net.
