What's "annoying?" I think Hambil is annoying, but I'm not taking him to court over it...mainly because I don't want to have to look at him.

Worst case scenario: time to break out the proxies. This law is barely enforcable.

Good point CU. I think a good instructional thread on the use of proxies would do our less experienced trolls a world of good.
 
By writing this legislation and therefore causing its posting all over the internet, I would like to charge all the congressmen whose names aren't attached to it under their own statute... can I do that?
