Beckett (6-0) pitches tonight against his last place Blow Jays. He's been quietly amazing this year.

Sox own that division so far, and seeing Steinbrenner pay a million a fucking week to have Boston laugh at their old star a few more times seems delicious.

That just about discribes perfectly how I feel about baseball right now.

I need to watch more games.

I am gloating, because later in the season I usually say, "wait til next year", the Yankees broke my heart last season, so I'm glad to be bustin their jaw a little.

I'm just disappointed in their showing this year. I stopped checking the stats when they got depressing.
