full board — American plan - I don't know what that is! OH OH.. it's room and board, meaning a place to sleep and food to eat. We don't call that American plan though, not that I know of. I've only ever heard it called "room and board."
lolly (lollipop) — Popsicle (trademark) - that isn't true. A Popsicle is frozen Kool-aid on a stick. A lollipop is hard candy on a stick and we call them suckers or lollipops.
hundreds and thousands — sprinkles - never heard hundreds and thousands referred to as sprinkles. Is that some kind of candy? If it is, then we do call it sprinkles.
room only — European plan - now that I know what that means, I've never heard it referred to as European plan. Maybe up north, they do. OR, maybe Americans traveling in Europe call it that?
waistcoat — vest - oh.. so that's what a waistcoat is.
Are you talking about the little multicolored candy bits you put on ice cream? (side note: New Englanders refer to these as "jimmies".)hundreds and thousands — sprinkles - never heard hundreds and thousands referred to as sprinkles. Is that some kind of candy? If it is, then we do call it sprinkles.
