Mainly for that hottie Dilana (sp?). I'd like to rock her supernova, if you get my drift.

I have some limited memories of "The Gong Show."
A gong would be cool, or maybe a guilliotine. Each performer has a doll made in their likeness, and then when they're voted off, CHOP, off goes the head.
I dunno. Could spice things up there a bit.
Then again, so could a scene of Dilanna and Storm in a sixty-nine.
Maybe on the DVDs...

I liked Rockstar: INXS. Most of the rockers were pretty good. JD was good, then sucked, then improved, then got better, and better and better.... Mig and Marty were the two contenders for me most of the season. It mostly depended on who sang last as to which one I liked best that show. At the end, Mig slipped a tiny bit, Marty was still awesome, but JD came from behind and blew their doors off. Great season.
I've missed most of Supernova and after viewing the performances on the web, I'm not sorry. Dilana is the only one that got my interest early on and kept it throughout the show. Don't know what kind of band Supernova will make, but Tommy Lee is ragged beyond saving and Lukas sucks. I won't be following their career. Dilana, I'll keep an eye out for her. She is one that is better to watch perform than to just listen to so I doubt I'll buy the CD that Dave and Gilby are going to work with her on. But, then again, she showed me throughout her performances that weird voice of hers works and works very well.

The Gong Show was the worst show. It was so bad it was hilarious. I liked the fat black guy that danced across the stage now and then and the comic with the sack over his head. What was great about the show was the acts would suck something awful - one right after the other for days. Then, all of a sudden, there'd be an act that made it worth watching. Sort of like sifting through trash and finding a diamond ring. Eww ... shiny!
