or so my IP helpdesk claimed this afternoon after I kept loosing signal.
I learned two things today,
A) metal shelves block wireless signals and
2) your IP provider can tell exactly when you turn your router on and off.
2 felt a bit like invasion of privacy to me, but there you go
I nailed my router to the wall a foot above the shelves and now I havent lost the signal since
