Upon further reflection in this thread, I believe Jack and Sarek are lovers. They must have met in the Air Force at a secret felch-fest. It's unfortunate that these exist, but the "dont ask don't tell" policy has allowed guys like this to flourish in our armed forces. It's sad, but true.
